RETURNS

Most of the products we sell are manufactured to order.

We are a small enterprise and unable to sell/ship goods on approval or for inspection.

All our merchandise is as stated and as clearly pictured on our website. Everything is brand new unless otherwise stated.

Our margins are quite small and make it impossible for us to accept returns without a restocking fee unless merchandise is defective, which is highly unlikely since we manufacture most of it and carefully inspect every item before shipment.

We do not stock our photos, place mats or other items; they are manufactured in-house. We produce and customize these products on demand, as ordered. Therefore if a customer decides after receiving goods that he or she does not ‘like’ or want to keep the item, we charge a 20% restocking fee to recoup our losses.

These products, due to their unique nature are difficult or impossible to resell. That’s because since we have thousands of images from which we make these items, the likelihood that another customer will want the exact photo, size, mount, place mat, or other item that someone else ordered is quite unlikely; thus the restocking fee. The item would also have to be resold as “used” at a substantially lower price.

If you do return an item, return shipping costs (except for defective merchandise) are the responsibility of the PURCHASER.

If you wish to return merchandise you MUST contact us BEFORE returning it and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Requests for an RMA MUST be accompanied with your name, address, item description and REASON FOR RETURN.

Goods received without an RMA will not be processed!

When returned goods are inspected and received in the condition as originally shipped, the appropriate refund will be issued. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded except for defective products.

DVDs, which can be easily copied ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Defective DVDs will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods after inspection, although defective DVS are nearly impossible to ship as each DVD is tested before shipping.

Merchandise damaged in shipment MUST be reported to us and held for postal inspection WITH THE shipping carton or envelope. No refunds can be made if this material is discarded.

All packages are mailed with a tracking number. Packages lost in the mail will be replaced free of charge after the REQUIRED USPS 30 day waiting period.

GENERAL POLICY: We guarantee our products against defects in material, workmanship, and shipping damage and will exchange those free of charge — but we do NOT accept returns for any other reason, absent a restocking fee.
